Who we are
MLOengine.ai is a product of Marketing Supply Co, LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the MLOengine.ai website, checkout, and members page, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, billing address, and payment card details. We receive your name, email, and purchase details, but not your full card number.
- Contact information. If you email us, opt in to updates, or fill out a form, we collect what you give us, such as your name, email, and phone number.
- Usage information. Our website and hosting providers may automatically collect basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site, through server logs, cookies, or similar tools.
The members page
The members page asks for details like your name, NMLS #, company, market, website, phone, and time zone so it can fill them into the bots. These details are saved only in your own web browser's local storage on your device. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
Your bots and AI platforms
When you paste the bots into an AI platform (such as Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude, Hermes Agent, Muse, or dots) and connect other tools, the information you share there is handled by those companies under their own privacy policies. We don't receive or control that information. Please don't put borrower Social Security numbers, account numbers, or dates of birth into any AI tool.
How we use information
- to process your purchase and give you access;
- to answer support questions and fix billing or access problems;
- to send you product updates and, if you've agreed, marketing emails or texts;
- to understand how our website is used and improve it;
- to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
Emails and texts
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. If you agreed to receive texts, reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. We'll still send messages about your purchase or account when needed.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our CRM and email provider, and our website host, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or transfer.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and contact information until you ask us to delete it or it's no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
MLOengine.ai is for licensed mortgage professionals and isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. If we do, we'll change the effective date above.
