Why sales are final
When you buy MLOengine.ai, you get immediate access to the complete set of bot instructions, routines, and setup guides. Because the full product is delivered instantly and can be copied, we can't take it back once it's been delivered. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including if you change your mind, don't use the product, or decide it isn't a fit.
By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery begins immediately and that you lose any right to cancel or withdraw once you have access, to the extent the law allows.
When we will help
- Duplicate charges. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra charge.
- Access problems. If you paid but can't reach the members page, contact us and we'll restore your access.
- Unauthorized charges. If you believe a charge was made without your permission, contact us right away and we'll review it.
Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within two business days.
Bonuses
The four invite-only group calls, access to the LO Accelerator community, and the Zero to Funded course are bonuses included with your purchase. Missing a call, or not using the community or the course, doesn't qualify for a refund.
Third-party tools
The bots work with tools sold by other companies, such as AI platforms, GoHighLevel, Conditionly, RateUpdate, Model Match, Instantly, Skool, and Meta. Those purchases are between you and each provider and follow their own refund policies. We can't refund charges from other companies.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We'll work with you to resolve billing errors quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access to the members page while it's reviewed.
Where this applies
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under laws that can't be waived where you live.
