MLOengineTerms of Service
1. Who we are
MLOengine.ai is a product of Marketing Supply Co, LLC ("we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Marketing Supply Co, LLC. By buying or using MLOengine.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you're buying for a company, you confirm you can bind that company to them.
2. What you're buying
MLOengine.ai is a set of written instructions, prompts, routine schedules, and setup guides ("the Content") designed to be pasted into third-party AI platforms such as Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude, Hermes Agent, Muse, and dots, plus access to a members page where you copy them. MLOengine.ai is not software we run on your behalf, not an AI service, and not a lender. We don't host your bots, store your data inside them, or control how the AI platform responds.
3. Your license
When you pay, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content to operate your own mortgage business and to set it up for members of your own team. You may edit and customize the Content for that purpose.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, publish, or give away the Content, in whole or in part, or include it in a product, course, template pack, or service you offer to others;
- share your members page access with people outside your team;
- remove notices of ownership, or claim the Content as your own work for distribution.
We own the Content and all related intellectual property. Except for the license above, no rights are transferred to you.
4. Payment and refunds
MLOengine.ai is sold for a one-time payment, shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.
4a. Bonuses
Purchases include three bonuses:
- Group calls. Four weekly live calls with Alex Hernandez, open by invitation to verified MLOengine buyers only, held during the four weeks after you join or on a cohort schedule we share after checkout. They are group sessions for implementation help, not individual consulting, legal, or compliance advice. We may reschedule a call, and missed calls can't be made up.
- Community access. Access to the LO Accelerator community on Skool. Your use of Skool is also subject to Skool's terms, and we may remove members who break the community's rules.
- Zero to Funded. Access to the Zero to Funded course inside LO Accelerator (normally $199) at no extra cost, including a 30-day action plan with daily text messages. Texts are sent only with your consent; reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
Bonuses have no cash value, can't be transferred, and aren't a reason for a refund. We may change the format or schedule of a bonus.
5. Third-party platforms and tools
The Content is designed to work with AI platforms and tools made by other companies, including GoHighLevel, Conditionly, RateUpdate, Lightsend, Model Match, Instantly, Skool, Google Business Profile, Meta, Google Search Console, and PostHog. You're responsible for creating your own accounts, agreeing to their terms, and paying their fees. Those companies may change their products, prices, or features at any time, and we aren't responsible for them. Some links in the Content are affiliate or referral links, which means we may earn a commission or credit if you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. The founder of MLOengine.ai also builds Conditionly, RateUpdate, and Lightsend, which several bots recommend.
6. Your responsibilities and compliance
You're a licensed professional, and you remain fully responsible for your business and for everything your bots produce, send, or publish. That includes:
- reviewing AI output before relying on it, including income calculations, which are estimates only and never replace underwriting;
- following all laws and rules that apply to you, including mortgage advertising rules (such as Regulation Z and the MAP Rule), RESPA, fair lending and fair housing laws, state licensing rules, CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and other texting and calling rules, and privacy and data security laws;
- following your employer's or company's compliance, marketing, and technology policies, and getting any approvals they require before using AI tools or sending marketing;
- protecting borrower information and never uploading sensitive personal data, such as Social Security numbers or account numbers, into AI tools;
- getting the consent you need before emailing, texting, or calling anyone.
7. No professional advice, no guarantees
The Content is for business operations and education. It is not legal, compliance, tax, or financial advice. References to Alex Hernandez's business and results, including loan volume, describe his own experience and are not a promise or prediction of your results. Your results depend on your market, effort, team, tools, and many other factors. AI platforms can produce errors, and we don't guarantee that any output will be accurate, complete, or compliant.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, MLOengine.ai and the Content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Marketing Supply Co, LLC and its owners, employees, and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of MLOengine.ai, the Content, or any third-party tool. Our total liability for any claim related to MLOengine.ai is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Marketing Supply Co, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use of the Content, your marketing or communications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, including by sharing or reselling the Content. The license ends if your access ends, and sections 3 (ownership and restrictions) and 6 through 12 continue to apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above. Changes apply to purchases and use after the new date.
